Orders with multiple items may be delayed to ensure consolidated shipping. If you prefer multiple shipments, please contact us with your order number.
We do not support specifying preferred shipping carriers.
Address Changes:
Confirm your shipping address carefully before placing an order.
We support free address changes before shipping out. However, changes after shipping will incur additional charges.
Due to tax regulations, we cannot change the shipping country or state after payment has been processed. If required, please cancel the order and place a new one.
Delivery Failures & Returns:
Customers are responsible for any additional delivery charges due to address errors or delivery failures caused by the recipient.
Shipment charges for canceled or rejected orders after dispatch will be deducted from refunds.
Return shipping costs for non-defective items or returns without reason will be borne by the customer and deducted from refunds.
