Return & Refund Policy
At Mikastools, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, allowing you to test our products in your own space without a long-term commitment. Whether it's for a room makeover or simply a new piece for your home, we want you to feel confident about your purchase.
1. Free Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. Once your order is marked as “shipped,” it can no longer be canceled, and any associated costs will be the customer's responsibility.
2. Return & Exchange Within 30 Days
We stand by the quality of our products, and if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your items. To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer service at support@mikastools.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll provide a return address, and once the item is returned, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
3. Return Conditions
Returned products must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in unacceptable condition or has been used in any way. Please do not assemble the item before returning it.
4. Return & Exchange Fees
For returns due to product defects or incorrect shipments (photo/video proof required), Mikastools will cover the full cost of the return, and we’ll provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. After the item is returned and inspected, we’ll either exchange it or issue a full refund.
For returns or exchanges unrelated to product defects or shipping errors, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Shipping Damage
We partner with reliable carriers: FedEx. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage, do not accept the delivery and contact the carrier immediately to file a damage claim. You’ll also need to send us your claim number, and we’ll assist in recovering the compensation from the shipping company.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund, which will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
Important Notes:
Please retain the original packaging until you are sure the product fits your space. If the item is returned without the original packaging, we may not be able to accept the return.
